Product Description:

Egyptian IQF mixed vegetables are prepared from carefully selected fresh vegetables, cleaned, cut and individually quick frozen before blending to preserve their natural color, texture and flavor. They are suitable for retail, food-service and food-processing applications and can be supplied in standard combinations or customized blends according to buyer requirements. Egyptian export sources document mixed vegetables as a commercial frozen export product.

Varieties / Types:

California Mix — Broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
American Mix — Carrots, green peas and sweet corn.
Classic Mix — Carrots, green beans and green peas.
Country Mix — Carrots, green beans and sweet corn.
Vegetable Soup Mix — Carrots, green beans, green peas, sweet corn and onion.
Custom Mix — Customized vegetable combinations and ratios according to buyer requirements.

Packaging:

10 kg export cartons with an inner polyethylene bag.
Retail and food-service pack sizes can also be supplied according to buyer requirements.
