Egyptian IQF okra is carefully selected from fresh green okra pods and individually quick frozen to preserve its natural color, texture and flavor. It is prepared for international food-service, retail and food-processing applications and can be supplied in different grades and sizes according to buyer requirements. Egyptian export specifications document grades including Extra, Zero, Excellent and One.

Whole IQF okra.
Available in different grades according to pod size, including Extra, Zero and Excellent.

Extra: up to 2.5 cm
Zero: 2.5–3.5 cm
Excellent: 3.5–4.5 cm

Packaging:

Bulk export packaging in 10 kg cartons is documented for Egyptian frozen okra. Retail and other pack sizes can also be supplied according to buyer requirements.

Typical pack sizes: 400 g, 1 kg, 2 kg, 2.5 kg and 10 kg bulk cartons, subject to specification.
