Product Description:

Egyptian IQF green peas are carefully selected at the appropriate stage of maturity, cleaned, blanched and individually quick frozen to preserve their natural green color, sweet flavor and texture. They are suitable for retail, food-service, ready meals, soups and food-processing applications. Egyptian export sources document IQF green peas as a commercial frozen product.

Available in different size grades, including Extra Fine / Petit Pois, Fine and Medium / Standard, according to buyer requirements.

Packaging:

Plastic bags packed in export cartons or bulk polyethylene bags according to specification.
Typical pack sizes include 400 g, 1 kg, 8 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg, with other weights available upon request.
