Product Description:

Egyptian IQF figs are carefully selected, prepared and individually quick frozen to preserve their natural flavor, color, texture and characteristic sweetness. They are suitable for food-processing, bakery, dessert, beverage and other food applications, and can be supplied in different cuts according to buyer requirements. Egyptian export listings document IQF frozen figs as an export product. 

Varieties / Types:

Whole IQF figs.
Available as whole figs, halves, quarters, diced or other specified cuts according to buyer requirements. Export records also document IQF fig in 6 × 6 mm diced form. 

Packaging:

Polyethylene bags packed inside export cartons or other suitable bulk packaging according to specification.
Typical bulk packing: 10 kg cartons, with other weights and retail formats available upon request.
