Product Description:

Egyptian IQF broccoli is prepared from carefully selected fresh broccoli heads, washed, trimmed and individually quick frozen to preserve its natural green color, texture and flavor. It is suitable for retail, food-service, ready meals, vegetable mixes and food-processing applications. Egyptian export specifications include broccoli florets in different size grades for international markets.

Varieties / Types:

IQF Broccoli Florets.
Available in different cuts and size grades, including 30–50 mm and 40–60 mm, according to buyer requirements. Class A grades are also available according to specification.

Packaging:

Plastic bags packed in export cartons or other suitable bulk packaging according to specification.
Typical pack sizes: 400 g, 1 kg, 2 kg, 2.5 kg and 10 kg bulk cartons, with other weights available upon request.

Availability / Season:

Available according to crop and frozen-stock availability. Egyptian suppliers may offer frozen broccoli throughout the year, while fresh raw-material availability is seasonal.
