Egyptian IQF artichoke is prepared from carefully selected fresh artichokes and individually quick frozen to preserve their natural color, texture and flavor. It is suitable for food-service, retail and food-processing applications and can be supplied in different cuts and preparations according to buyer requirements. Egyptian export sources document IQF artichoke as a commercial frozen product.
