Fresh Egyptian potatoes are firm, versatile tubers with clean skin and a naturally dense texture, suitable for fresh consumption, retail, foodservice and processing applications. They are carefully harvested, sorted and graded according to size, appearance and buyer requirements. Egyptian export programs include several established table and processing varieties.

Jumbo bags up to approximately 1,250 kg can also be supplied for bulk programs, with packaging customized according to destination and buyer requirements.

Availability / Season:

The main Egyptian fresh potato export season generally runs from January through May or June, depending on variety and production area. Stored potatoes can extend commercial availability beyond the main harvest season.
