Product Description:

Fresh Egyptian garlic is a firm, aromatic bulb with tightly packed cloves and a distinctive pungent flavor. It is carefully harvested, cleaned, sorted and graded according to bulb size and quality for fresh consumption, foodservice and international export markets. Egyptian export programs include white, red and other commercial garlic types.

Available in different commercial sizes, including approximately 40–80 mm, according to buyer requirements.

Packaging:

8 kg or 10 kg cartons, plastic boxes or mesh bags.

Availability / Season:

February to April for fresh garlic, with the exact harvest window varying according to growing region, variety and seasonal conditions. Egyptian export references also report fresh garlic availability from the end of January through April.
