Product Description:

Fresh Egyptian eggplant, also known as aubergine, has glossy purple to dark-purple skin, firm flesh and a fresh green calyx. It is carefully harvested, sorted and graded for fresh consumption, retail, foodservice and processing applications, with size and grade prepared according to buyer requirements.

Available in different sizes and grades according to buyer requirements. Commercial specifications may include approximately 200–300 g, 300–450 g and 450 g+ per fruit.

5–10 kg export cartons, plastic crates or other packaging formats can be supplied according to destination and buyer requirements.
