Fresh Egyptian Red Capsicum is a sweet bell pepper with a bright red color, firm texture and thick, crisp walls. It is carefully harvested, sorted and graded for fresh consumption, retail and foodservice applications, with size and quality specifications prepared according to buyer requirements. Egyptian export records include Class I red sweet peppers in M/L sizes.
